You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a SecretYes account. By continuing, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

What SecretYes does

SecretYes lets an adult privately select another adult by phone number and indicate a connection type. A one-sided selection never reveals your identity. If the person you select already has a SecretYes account, SecretYes may send them an anonymous alert that someone has a Secret Yes for them, without saying who or for what. These alerts are grouped into at most one summary text a day, and new matches appear after a random delay of a few hours. Repeatedly adding and removing people may automatically pause your ability to add for up to 7 days. If both users independently select each other for the same connection type, SecretYes may show an anonymous locked mutual match while keeping the other person’s identity hidden until reveal.

Respect and consent

SecretYes is not permission to contact, pressure, harass, impersonate, threaten, or stalk another person. A revealed mutual match only shows mutual interest inside SecretYes; it does not replace ongoing consent for any conversation, meeting, relationship, or activity.

Your account

Use your own Google account and your own phone number. Do not submit numbers for minors, use false identities, automate bulk submissions, scrape profiles, or use unlimited Secret Yeses for spam or harassment.

You may delete your SecretYes account from Profile. If you verify a mobile number already attached to another SecretYes account, SecretYes will ask you to confirm before replacing it. Continuing retires and de-identifies the previous account, clears its active private data, and activates the verified number on the new account. The new account starts fresh and does not inherit previous private selections or matches. Limited paid transaction records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Notifications

For new accounts, alerts (mutual matches and anonymous “someone has a Secret Yes for you” alerts) are enabled by default after account setup so you do not miss a match. You can turn these alerts off or back on at any time in Profile. SecretYes may use SMS or WhatsApp for these operational alerts where permitted. We avoid revealing sensitive match details in ordinary notification text. Carrier or messaging charges may apply.

Paid match reveals

A mutual SecretYes can remain anonymous until you choose to purchase a one-time reveal. The price shown immediately before checkout is the price for revealing that specific match to your account and enabling the available connection option. Payments are processed by Stripe. A completed payment does not guarantee that the other person will respond, meet, or continue a conversation. Because a reveal is a digital service delivered immediately after successful payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once the identity has been revealed, except where required by applicable law or where SecretYes confirms a duplicate or erroneous charge. If a completed reveal is fully refunded, SecretYes may re-lock that reveal while retaining the transaction record required for payment reconciliation.

Removing selections

You can remove an active Secret Yes from your private list. If an associated mutual match has not been paid for, removing the selection withdraws that mutual match for both users. If a reveal was already purchased, SecretYes may retain the completed purchase and limited match record; no new unpaid reveal can be purchased from a withdrawn match.

Availability

The service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable. Do not rely on SecretYes for emergencies or safety-critical communication.

Acceptable use

Do not use SecretYes for unlawful activity, exploitation, spam, fraud, coercion, non-consensual sexual conduct, or to target anyone under 18. SecretYes may remove selections, limit alerts, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. If a material update requires renewed acceptance, the app may ask you to confirm again.
